How do I book a vacation with All Inclusive Outlet?

Booking with All Inclusive Outlet is a simple and stress free process that almost always produces the lowest rates available. Our online booking engine allows users to both receive a quote and book the complete vacation package 24 hours a day, without the hassle of telephone tutorials.

Just follow the easy instructions of our booking engine to receive your confirmation and wait for a friendly follow up from one of our agents. Any further information or necessary paperwork is discussed and handled over the phone.

If you prefer an agent to handle both the quotes and booking process, feel free to bypass our online booking engine and call All Inclusive Outlet directly. Once you’re satisfied with the vacation package and price, you can confirm the reservation over the phone by asking your agent to reserve the space with a major credit card. We generally accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

There’s just a few more finishing touches to complete the booking process and send you on your way. Once we have the legal names of all travelers as listed on their proof of citizenship, your agent will confirm the space with our suppliers before guaranteeing the reservation. Sometimes, this requires us to contact the supplier by phone and return a call to you in order to confirm the package was booked. Certain room categories and airfare are on a request-only basis, meaning that a rate is quoted but the space is only confirmable if the hotel or airline releases the space to our supplier.

Once your package is confirmed and you have provided credit card information, we will charge the deposit or full payment based on your verbal authorization. (Please consult your agent prior to booking as deposit amounts vary). Paperwork and a credit card form are then faxed or e-mailed to you by an agent.

The credit card holder must sign the credit card form and provide any additional documentation as required by our suppliers. Final payments on deposited bookings are due 50 days prior to travel. Please contact our office prior to this time in order to complete your payment. All Inclusive Outlet will ship your travel documents via Federal Express approximately 2-3 weeks after your final payment is received.

It should be noted that there is a $15 document shipping fee, which is included in your checkout process, and that travel documents will not be sent until credit card authorization has been returned.

Do you offer trip insurance?

Yes. We highly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Trip insurance is available from our suppliers and needs to be purchased at the time of deposit. We offer a "Cancel for Any Reason" travel protection plan that provides a full refund(insurance premium non-refundable) in the original form of payment when the vacation is cancelled prior to the scheduled departure of your flight.
