At fist, we were reluctant to book--after reading several not-so-favorable reviews about the resort. After speaking to Tom, we felt more confident and decided to book for July 2006. Although it was summer, we enjoyed the weather while in Jamaica; there was a constant tropical breeze, with a brief shower daily to cool things off. The food and drinks at Couples Negril were the best we've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff and entertainment crew at the resort catered to our every need. We, indeed, had a blast! Tom, ensured that our few requests were honored, too. We did encounter one dilemma, however...Our flight back to New York was canceled without notice--no fault to All Inclusive Outlet. We were soooo relaxed and subdued from the vacation that we did not worry. In fact, we were hoping to spend another night at the resort and try again in a few days. We were actually grateful that our flight was canceled! Unfortunate for us, the airline was able to get us on a connecting flight to New York a few hours later. We enjoyed the food and duty-free shopping at the airport... Here it is, an entire year later and we just booked our 2007 vacation at the same resort (Couples Negril) during the same week in July as last year. We are proud to mention that we have used the same travel agent, Tom Carr for this vacation. We searched other online travel agents and even went to Couples website. All Inclusive Outlet still has the best deal going and Tom was equally as helpful. We are so excited about our upcoming trip. We have even started a countdown--yea, it was that good. By calling me and setting my mind at ease right from the beginning for booking online to sending the package with our info to us within two days via Fedex was so awesome. We felt like you did so much more when we only booked four nights hotel and nothing else. I was almost feeling guilty by how great you were. The AMEX team in PVR was great, Ronato was a great help to us and we ended up booking through him for our Adventure tour rather than through Darren’s company group because we felt so comfortable with him and trusted he would be there for us and he was all the time. They also changed our return transfer to match our actual departure date which was above and beyond and we were so very grateful for that as well. We would like to ask you about group bookings as we felt so comfortable with you that we would like to see if you could set up our wedding group for 2012 to the Riu Palace Pacifico as well as set up a bus tour to town for shopping for one day for our group...we could have approx. 50 people and some will want to do the Adventure Tour Zip-lining and we want to be married on Las Caletas with the Catamaran trip across. Could you let me know what you can do and what we need to set up elsewhere and when we should start setting up for all this?

First I want to thank you so much for the organized way that the travel information was delivered to me. The bag that all the information came in was so handy to keep all of our travel documents in. My friend was actually jealous! When we checked in at the airport at the Breezes counter, everything went smoothly, not so for my friend. You provided me with everything I needed and kept my mind at ease which was no easy task. I like to know that every detail is taken care of and it is not easy to let go of the control and hope for the best when it was my first time out of the country. So I have great appreciation for the work that was done for us! As for Breezes, we LOVED every moment of this vacation! My husband is in the military and is sometimes hard to please, he also has a difficult time relaxing. Well, it didn't take long for him to feel at home. Within hours, he was asking when we can plan our next trip to Breezes! This was our first family vacation in 10 years and we needed some bonding time before my husband leaves on his second year long deployment. So this trip meant a lot to us! The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, like we were long lost friends! The activities were wonderful! We had teenagers, pre-teens, and adults with us, and there was plenty to keep us all entertained and having a blast! There was also plenty of time for pure relaxation! The food was excellent and there was always plenty of it! We loved this vacation and look forward to booking the next one through your company when my husband returns from his deployment.
