To be honest with you, making reservations for this trip was actually the first time I ever purchased a product/service online. I was really surprised at how simple it was...not to mention informative. As I mentioned to you back then, I shopped around pretty intensively here in New York and not one agent was able to touch the deal you offered. I don't think they would have been able to touch the level of service you provided as well. Thank you once again for keeping a constant line of communication open and being accessible no matter how many questions I called you with!
Expect some more inquiries from other people from my area...my wife and I have shared our experience with friends who are busy planning their weddings and are all excited about what we had to share with them.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you, and to tell you how well everything worked out. Our group was very well taken care of. The Travel Impressions personnel, in particular our driver Freddy and our excursion coordinator, Jorge, were fantastic.
It is sad to know that we will have to wait a year or more to go on another vacation like this one. Bottom line, I hope you and All-InclusiveOutlet are still available when we decide to schedule our next vacation.

I'm going to begin looking for a family all-inclusive resort for us and our two boys aged 10 and 13 for their spring break beginning March 18th. Three years a go we took them to Crowne Paradise in Cancun and had an incredible time. I'm going to see what your site has to offer.
Oh and by the way, I mentioned your site to atleast 4 or 5 people while sitting around the pool in Hedo drinking rum.......told them about your great rates and outstanding service. A few wrote the website down.

Dear Tom, Last year, my husband Craig and I had the pleasure to spend one week at beautiful Couples Negril. At fist, we were reluctant to book--after reading several not-so-favorable reviews about the resort. After speaking to Tom, we felt more confident and decided to book for July 2006. Although it was summer, we enjoyed the weather while in Jamaica; there was a constant tropical breeze, with a brief shower daily to cool things off. The food and drinks at Couples Negril were the best we've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff and entertainment crew at the resort catered to our every need. We, indeed, had a blast! Tom, ensured that our few requests were honored, too. We did encounter one dilemma, however...Our flight back to New York was canceled without notice--no fault to All Inclusive Outlet. We were soooo relaxed and subdued from the vacation that we did not worry. In fact, we were hoping to spend another night at the resort and try again in a few days. We were actually grateful that our flight was canceled! Unfortunate for us, the airline was able to get us on a connecting flight to New York a few hours later. We enjoyed the food and duty-free shopping at the airport... Here it is, an entire year later and we just booked our 2007 vacation at the same resort (Couples Negril) during the same week in July as last year. We are proud to mention that we have used the same travel agent, Tom Carr for this vacation. We searched other online travel agents and even went to Couples website. All Inclusive Outlet still has the best deal going and Tom was equally as helpful. We are so excited about our upcoming trip. We have even started a countdown--yea, it was that good. Also - we had so much fun on the trip that we are looking to take our two daughters to an all-inclusive in Cancun this summer. We have frequent flier trips reserved for the four of us (July 24-31) and would like to find a good, safe and family-friendly all-inclusive resort with a nice beach and decent dining. In part because our initial choices were all booked, but mostly because the agencies and resorts I dealt with didn't have the patience the provide me with the service I needed. Just had to contact you and let you know that my son and his new bride are really enjoying their honeymoon at the Riu Palace Resort in Aruba! They've called several times and the resort really met their expectations and then some. They say it's the best resort there now and everyone asks them about it when they find out where they are staying. The junior oceanview jacuzzi suite they say is fabulous. You had requested a free honeymoon pkg, high floor, etc. and they got it all. They're located on the highest floor for guests overlooking the ocean with an in-room jacuzzi plus another private one on the balcony with a waterfall type feature and were greeted with "welcome to your honeymoon" and champagne delivered to their room. All of their travel so far has worked out great also. They went straight to the hotel transfer with no problems at all - in fact a guy was there watching for them and directed them right to it. Thanks so much for your help in making this dream come true for them! They're making memories that will last a lifetime! I won't hesitate to use your services again and recommend it to others! The staff was so accommodating and the food was wonderful. We did most of the water sports, parasailing, catamarans, paddle boats, snorkeling and scuba-diving.
