The rooms were clean, wonderful view, housekeeping cleaned the room twice daily, food was great with a wide variety. Staff was good - slight problem with some who spoke very little English, but it was just a minor inconvenience. Staff that you dealt with on big issues all spoke very good English. Entertainment staff was GREAT, including the kids club. My kids kept requesting to go to the kids club because the activities were so much fun and the staff so pleasant. The resort was full when we were there, and we still did not feel like it was crowded because of the layout. We did not have any problems getting in the restaurants easily and did not experience any stomach problems from the food, which have recently been reported. Overall it was an excellent vacation...couldn't have asked for more.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time here. The beach was beautiful, the pools were awesome, and all staff were perfectly attentive. We participated in many of the free activities, and we loved our couples massage at the beautiful spa. The food was amazing - the best either of us had ever had at an all inclusive resort. (Certainly better than many of the non-all inclusive resorts as well!) The drinks at the many bars were all very unique, and the bartenders accommodate any request. We decided that we will not go to any other resort in or around Cancun, as we have been thoroughly spoiled at Dreams Riviera Cancun. Our only mistake was not booking longer, as we wished we could have spent more time here!

It was a wonderful trip, my children, 3 and 5 really enjoyed it and love their times at the Kids Explorer. The staff was wonderful, as every resorts I've been to in Mexico. One thing we didn't do is to read the whole booklet that All inclusive sent, so we had a little trouble find the transportation van, but once there, it was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the first night, millions of mosquitos out to get us, my kids got at least 35 marks, I was very upset. The hotel did gave us some towelette after I complaint that the gift shop ran out of bug spray. The beach was ok because it's so close to the coral reef that tons of seagrass was on the sand make it very unpleasant for me. Overall I love the resort, but won't stay again because there are so many beautiful resorts in Mexico that can give me that white and beautiful clean beach. The scuba diver instructor was nice when we came to sign up, but when i can't do it, he got really mad and rush me to complete a 2 hours training in 15 minutes, I'm sorry but I'm not comfortable jumping down the bottom of the ocean after 15 minutes lesson. Food was great except the Mexican restaurant, weird but i didn't enjoy the food, breakfast buffet was good but quickly got tired of it. Hope this could help,
