We had a wonderful time. We recommend it to everyone. The food excellent, but the best were the entertainment staff.. We have been to many countries but this is the first place that we felt like family.The guys are wonderful !! And they know who they are! We liked it so much we were there 3 times in 5 months. We would have rated it a ten but there was one staff member( there is always one ) who gives new meaning to the word as----- And yes, he knows who he is !!! See you soon guys, were coming back !

The resort was FABULOUS!! We had high expectations and all those were met. The restaurants (favorite Asian - but we don’t like seafood), grounds, service, beach accommodations, activities, and entertainment were all great. We were upgraded to the Excellence club, which was a very nice surprise (worth the money if you have to pay for it). The resort was not crowded or it didn’t feel crowded, and at times we felt like we were there by ourselves. I would highly recommend the Excellence Riviera Cancun, for a nice relaxing get away. Also, loved allinclusiveoutlet.com - package came as promised, use the prearranged airport transfer ---AVOID those time share scammers at the airport.

Wow, Wow, Wow! This is everything you see in the pictures and more! My husband and I found this place for our anniversary and "took a risk" by booking it online. We abosolutely loved everything about it from the friendliness of the airport cab-drivers, the nightly entertainment, the hotel staff, and even the other guests! We have told everyone we know about this resort and many couples have also gone and loved it. We are ALREADY booked to stay at the Excellence in Dominican Republic resort next June. If you are looking for a place to relax, re-connect, and enjoy one another, look no further.

We celebrated our 4th anniversary and have never experienced such a romantic atmosphere as we did with Excellence. We were greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne. We were pampered and catered to, never wanting for anything. The room was exquisite with rose petals on the bed, luxurious bath robes and slippers, bowl of fresh fruit and bottle of champagne on the table. We thoroughly enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi along with breakfast in the room whenever we so desired. The bellmen were very informative and courteous and they remembered our names throughout our stay. Our main bellman was Jose and he often stopped to greet us throughout our visit. The restaurants offered a variety of delectable food with most time, more than we could consume. We also experienced a variety of atmospheres like French, Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, etc . They do stick to their dress code requirements which is quite nice. The waiters were friendly, courteous and very attentive. The night of our anniversary, they placed rose petals on our table which made for even a more romantic evening. During the 4 day stay, we heard 3 different music groups to include caribbean, mariachi, latin/rock along with an awesome violinist in the Martini Bar. The beach was beautiful and there was always space to lay out. Waiters again catered, assuring we had adequate beverages throughout the entire time we were out in the sun. Walking on the beach at night was simply beautiful. Excellence Riviera Cancun is spread out over a large area so you never feel like it is crowded even though there were alot of people there in June. If you are looking for a romantic getaway with adults only and everything all-inclusive, we highly recommend Excellence. We also want to recommend using Olympus Tours who handled our transportation from airport to hotel along with a Cancun tour. We are looking forward to booking another trip next year, with a longer stay.

This was our second trip to Excellence Riviera Cancun, this time we took 2 other couples with us. It was once again excellent. The atmosphere was a bit more subdued this year. Just wanted to thank the entertainment staff as we only said goodbye to Jean Paul and Alfonso. The food was all great and it's nice to not lift a finger once you get to the airport transfer. Thanks again, Leticia, Jesus, Carlos, Jean Paul. I am still crying on the river Alfonso!! Moises did a great job in the swim up bar, Christy misses him already. We'll be back, I hope most of the staff is still on.

Had a fabulous time at Excellence Riviera Cancun. The employees were great. Isaiahs was very attentive to our every need at the pool. Jesus and Carlos were very entertaining and Ramon at Barelona was teriffic. Also dont want to forget Moises at the swim up bar he made the best Margaritas. We went with 2 other couples and couldnt have asked for a better time. Thank you to everyone at the resort that made our vacation incredible

This was the second trip to Excellence that my husband and I have taken. We enjoyed every minute of the time we spent at this wonderful resort. We especially enjoy the recreation/entertainment staff and appreciate all the extra effort that they put into making everyone stay busy, feel happy and mingle with others. I need to meniton that Kevin, the new guy in training is super. The Martini bar was another fun social place to sip a delicious Martini. Alda was the best at getting me a yummy Expresso Martinii. She worked the entire room effortlessy. At night LOVED the XLounge. And during the day the pool is where to spend hours floating and sipping a refreshing drink. Coconut drink was a favorite. I cannot forget to mention the Pilates instructor, Arjuno. He was amazing. My friend and I never worked out so hard. He is spectacular! Overall we loved this resort and hope to return next year. Thank you to all the staff at Excellence Riviera Cancun, we had a lovely relaxing vacation. I

The dining and bars were good here, and we really enjoyed the bartenders, However, my wife and I had a horrible experience with the hospitality. We were watching a show where the entertainers were juggling and spinning various objects(ie torches, glow sticks, etc.) During the show, one of the entertainers lost on of the objects and it went flying into the audience where it hit my wife squarely in the face. She had a black eye for the remainder of our time there. The worst part was someone from the hotel came over, picked up the glow stick, and left. They didn't say a word or offer their apologies or anything. Only after I went to the front desk and complained did they offer any sympathy or apology to my wife. I will never go back to this place, due to their lack of decency.

THE RESORT HAS AN INTIMATE DESIGN, SO EVEN WITH FULL CAPACITY YOU NEVER WOULD FEEL CROWDED. THERE IS NO HUSTLE BUSTLE FEELING HERE, AND THE STAFF WORKS WELL AT KEEPING THIS AMBIANCE.
