My only complaint is that room service is not the best. The selection is very minimal and twice during our stay, they never came with our order. The staff treated you very well and the shows at night at Guacamayas were entertaining. The deep sea fishing excursion was fun, but I recommend getting a chartered boat where it's just your group. Quite the contrary. The room was nice. The booze all top shelf, and abundant, and the food portions small. However, all that you have to do is order more food. I recommend that you order embarrasing quantities of food, and then share with others in your party. The only problem I found was that the place is rather sprawling, and easy to become disoriented. Wear your walking shoes. there is only one night spot. I believe they made last call at 1:00 am, which seemed early since I was on vacation. I never left the premises, and never lacked for something to do or people to visit with. There were plenty of beach recliners. And beware to not lose your beach towel, $$ . The first night I was there I had to rest after the flight. I woke at like 1:00 AM. And was starved. Guess what ? Room service always available!!! This place rocks !! Sometimes the bars can be crowded, and just like in the States. Tip your bartender and you will never be without a drink. Be sure to take basic stuff, aspirin, toothpaste, tums, whatever over the counter stuff you may need. Otherwise be prepared to pay quadruple the price for half the quantity.
