The bartender at the swim up bar Alex was the highlight of our vacation he is very entertaining and makes you laugh!! If you want dancing or live bands there wasn't any of that. Everyone, for the most part was very friendly even if they couldn't speak any English! Except, for the Souvenier store the girls were very rude and not friendly at all !! Also, phone service you can 't use calling cards! And there isn't an ATm at the resort. A special piece of advice if you go to Sonoma Island tour don't waste your money on a Video in addition to the photographer wanting a $5.00 tip the quality was very poor!!! All over the Resort was great a couple of beach bars would definitely be a benefit! The beach massages were great as the activities personnell. And one more thing the Italian Rest. needs to learn to cook real Italian food!! My husband is Italian! Show Intro Only

Our room was not ready or not available when we arrived, but we were on vacation and it didn't really matter. We had a nice room for the first night. We were upgraded the next day to a suite. WOW, unbelievable! Hot tub on the deck, outdoor shower, Marcelino in the private check in was awesome! The food was excellent, the service the best! We will be returning next year for sure. Beautiful beach, plenty of chairs on the beach and around the pool. Make sure you up grade to the cons. Free internet all week, private bar. Can't say enough! Show Intro Only
