Their smiles and attentiveness beats anywhere I have every stayed and the best I have ever been treated. I would recommend this to anyone and would definately stay there again. The entire staff never stopped smiling, moving quickly, and enjoying their job. Our room was beautiful, in fact one of the first that I have stayed at that was even nicer than portrayed online. I honestly felt like a VIP each day of our vacation. The a la carte food was wonderful, and the buffet food was still very good, and Louis and Omar were wonderful servers. Ricardo, Laura, and Gabrielle kept us entertained each day and night, and even remembered our names! Jose was a wonderful bartender and had the perfect personality.
