The mini bar was always stock and when we arrived we had a bottle of Champaigne and wine waiting for us. If we needed something the room service always brought it up to us at no charge. The food at all the resturants was great always something for everyones taste. The staff was very nice and the grounds were always clean. The beach was the only thing that was not the greatest, it did have alot of seaweed on it, but it didn't bother us because we were not the type to swim in the ocean. We took some of the tours that were available and loved them. If you like to snorkel than I suggest the jungle tour with the speed boats, what a beautiful location and the fish were very colorful, We also took the ATV tour thru a jungle and road on the beaches, this was great. Overall, we would and are planning on returning to the Moon Palace, if you like it alittle more quite, than I suggest the Nizu side of the Moon, it is not as busy and packed with people.
