"I had a nice time"

I had a nice time. The activites and the included excursions were good. I enjoyed the entertainment at night. The food was not all that but it filled you up. You must stay on the Sunrise side that's where everything is & try to get a room close to the lobby. Make sure to bring many 1$ bills for tipping, they don't like to give change is US. The staff was great but even greater when you tip. All in All it was well worth it & I'm glad I went.

We just returned from the Moon Palace and found the whole resort a wonderful experience. The rooms were beautiful, and the frig was always stocked with all the different kinds of beverages. The mini bar was always stock and when we arrived we had a bottle of Champaigne and wine waiting for us. If we needed something the room service always brought it up to us at no charge. The food at all the resturants was great always something for everyones taste. The staff was very nice and the grounds were always clean. The beach was the only thing that was not the greatest, it did have alot of seaweed on it, but it didn't bother us because we were not the type to swim in the ocean. We took some of the tours that were available and loved them. If you like to snorkel than I suggest the jungle tour with the speed boats, what a beautiful location and the fish were very colorful, We also took the ATV tour thru a jungle and road on the beaches, this was great. Overall, we would and are planning on returning to the Moon Palace, if you like it alittle more quite, than I suggest the Nizu side of the Moon, it is not as busy and packed with people. We stayed on the Sunrise side of the resort and loved it.

I was leary about booking online. But everything was great. The service was 5 star and so ws the room. It was great that we could go to the other hotels in cancun to see another part of the ocean. We had a great stay, the iood was pretty good and the service was great whether you tip or not. Staff was very helpful and the entertainment and extra trips were awesome. We plan to go back with and without our kids.
