"jammin in jamaica is like no other holiday.."

well, my weeks stay at the sunset jamaica grande ocho rios, was aboslutely fantastic. my best friend,daughter and i travelled from gatwick, england on our 10 hour flight with jamaican airways. It was a nice flight and were catered by the very friendly jamaican staff all the way. after we arrived, we got into a private taxi for a 2 hour journey. it was a little long, but managed to sleep and have a look at the scenery along the way. then we arrived at the hotel. it was perfect, and i was really impressed with the FIVEhuge pools. slightly cold but lovely to dip into in the 32C heat. we walked into the open air lobby. we queued at reception for 1/2 an hour and was greeted with a much needed rum punch! the lady was very nice and gave us our room key. i can't remember the room number but it overlooked the stunning beach. the crystal blue water was to die for. so many watersports and activities to keep your mind occupied. the food was great with a nice selection. make sure you book for some of the restaurants 2 days in advance or else you wont get a table. the bedrooms were simple but nice with all amenities.i would definately reccommend this all inclusive hotel to families, couples and singles. jammin in jamaica is like no other holiday i have ever experienced. i have been on 11 in total all over the world and this was the best. much better than barbados. so to all jamaica lovers out there -- peace man-easy goin!!!

My stay was just not long enough. I am so ready to go back. This was not my first stay at an all inclusive but it made the others seemed like they weren't trying. What a fabulous 3 days/4nights. I know for sure i have not seen half of the place,but what i saw and experience was out of this world. I can't find one thing i did not like about this place. the food,the entertainment, the staff,the rooms everything and everyone was just great, Very family oriented and yet very romantic. I cant wait for Easter break next year to take my 16 year old,i Know he will have a wonderful time. If you out there is looking for a out of this world affordable fabulous place to go this is the one.

I loved this place. best place to stay in Ocho Rios for sure. The location is ideal, thescenery is gorgeous. Everything is spectacular. The price is right, the food and culture are rich. The people are nice. Forget about the other commercialized resorts. This is the best. The outlay of the entire hotel is breathtaking. The organization and room service was wonderful. I love it, love it, love it.

I had a blast at this resort. I brought my mom, both kids ages 16 and 8 and my best friend. There were so many activities to do that we didn't even finish them all before we left. Our stay was too short and I am already looking at travel arrangements to go back as soon as possible. The food was average but they had everything to meet ones needs. The reservation places were amazing and a must do. Ginger lily and La Diva were delicious. I was so impressed at the quality of my meal. There are tons for the kids to do, more than my kids could even get their hand on. The employees were great. I just can't say enough good about this place. You will have to visit and see for yourself. Well worth the money, the drive from the airport, everything. A great place to visit.

I had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff were helpful and treated me like a queen. The resort was kept very tidy. Food was terrific. I really enjoyed the special restaurants. I sampled every restaurant. I especially enjoyed the Jamaican food in the buffet and at the speciality restaurant. Entertainment was good. I especially enjoyed singing with Maurice. Everyone who really wanted to sing was given a chance to sing. There was good fun for everyone at any age.

Absolutely Loved it! Took my two teenage daughters on a one weeks stay and it just wasnt long enough.The hotel is fantastic as too are the staff and food choice.Speciality Restaurants well worth booking in advance.The entertainment team are enthusiastic and fun! and the Spa is an experience not to be missed. Oh to return home with the stress taken out of my shoulders.Visited Dunn River Falls and Nine Miles,birthplace of Bob Marley.Wonderfull.Also partook a little loca culture with a church visit in which we were made to feel so welcome.The jamaican people are sunny and friemdly.I hope that I will be able to go back.Loved it,loved it,loved it.
